B2B: Allow trade customers to pay using their credit limit
Now available to activate for B2B retailers, this feature allows trade customers to pay on credit directly through the checkout, with full system reconciliation.
- Assign credit limits to individual customers.
- Offer credit as a selectable payment method during online checkout.
- Orders are automatically deducted from available limits and fully tracked.
- Customers are prevented from placing orders beyond their approved limit.
- Credit balance and usage are visible in the customer account area.
- Offline credit orders can be managed via the admin interface.
This functionality enhances financial control while offering a smoother B2B buying experience for trade customers.
Smart Search in EPOS
We’ve introduced a powerful new Smart Search feature to the Venditan Commerce EPOS, giving in-store teams faster access to the information they need, without switching between screens.
Instead of using separate searches for inventory, orders, or customers, you can now enter a single keyword or phrase into the new Smart Search bar. The system will instantly surface matching results in three distinct columns:
- Inventory: Quickly view matching products, including stock levels, pricing, and an option to add to the transaction.
- Orders: Search will return any relevant customer orders (e.g. based on customer name, order ID).
- Customers: Instantly locate customer records using name, email or address.
Once enabled for your EPOS setup, everything, from looking up a product to checking a customer’s order history or updating account details, is searchable in a single step.
Generate multiple offer codes per offer
A new option within the Offers & Promotions engine allows you to generate and manage multiple codes tied to a single offer, ideal for segmenting or tracking redemptions.
- Create unique or single-use codes linked to one promotion.
- Useful for targeted marketing, affiliate campaigns, or partner-specific discounts.
- Maintain full control over redemption rules and performance visibility.
This update is now live for all clients.
Venditan Commerce is now integrated with Omnisend
Venditan Commerce now offers integration with Omnisend, a multichannel marketing platform built specifically for eCommerce.
- Sync data from Venditan Commerce into Omnisend.
- Automate email and SMS campaigns using customer and behavioural triggers.
- Build personalised journeys using pre-built or custom templates.
- Enable abandoned cart flows, reactivation sequences, and more.
Offer premium packaging services during checkout
Retailers can now add premium packaging options at checkout to enhance the customer experience and increase average order value.
- Offer extras such as paid gift wrapping, eco upgrades, or branded packaging.
- Control pricing, product eligibility, and how the options are presented.
- Configure whether the service is positioned as an upsell or complimentary.
Process configurable bundle products in your Google Merchant Centre product feed
You can now export configurable bundle or kit products into your Google Merchant Centre feed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Google’s structured data policies.
- List bundled and kitted products that meet Google’s structured data and Shopping policies.
- Promote bundles directly via Google Shopping and free product listings.
- Automatically keep your product feed up to date with zero manual handling.
Feature Spotlight: Request to Purchase
Request to Purchase provides a centralised view of stock demand for items not currently held, ideal for back-order, special-order, or dropship workflows.
Once enabled, the feature captures products from customer orders that can’t yet be fulfilled and displays them in a dedicated screen for your buying team to review.
- Identify items awaiting allocation based on open orders.
- Automatically group products by Supplier for efficient PO creation.
- Add to existing Purchase Orders where possible.
- Override the Primary Supplier if required.
This is particularly useful for businesses managing fast-moving inventory, multiple suppliers, or custom product lines.

Avoid PCI-DSS risk with our Checkout Audit Tool
New PCI DSS v4.0.1 regulations require all merchant, including those using hosted payment pages, to prove that their checkout is secure from script-based vulnerabilities.
Venditan’s Checkout Audit Tool is now available to enable and offers:
- Captures a full snapshot of your checkout journey, including hosted payment pages.
- Inventories all JavaScript files (static and dynamically loaded) and tracks changes over time.
- Monitors HTTP headers and DOM content for signs of tampering or unexpected behaviour.
- Delivers regular audit reports that support both internal security reviews and PCI compliance submissions.
