The second phase focused on transforming Force 4’s warehouse operations. We developed tailored functionality within Venditan Commerce to meet the specific demands of their fulfilment workflows, ensuring accuracy, speed, and full visibility at every stage of the pick-pack-dispatch cycle.
Alongside this, we completed the full data migration, bringing product, stock, customer, order, and EPOS information into a single system.
