Following a successful 2021, we are looking to recruit a Sales Director to join our leadership team and support our ambitious growth plans in 2022 and beyond.
As Venditan’s Sales Director, you will have full responsibility for business development activity across the business, identifying and qualifying opportunities and generating revenue against the targets set within the business plan.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you’ll be the driving force of business development, bringing new client opportunities to the table and following their commercial journey through to contract and after sales.
As the business offers a full range of retail technology, including ERP, eCommerce, EPOS and Mobile Commerce Apps, a consultative approach and knowledge in these areas will help you understand client needs and maximise success rates in winning new business.
PR and marketing activities such as sponsorship, networking and advertising campaigns will help you build brand recognition and drive lead generation.

A background in Enterprise sales, ideally in the Software / SaaS space
A self-starter with clear goals, who does not need close management
A demonstrable track record of sales success
Able to conduct credible discovery and present professionally in front ofa director/owner level audience
Manage a sales pipeline effectively and able to report clearly against setquarterly and annual targets.
Manage and take responsibility for colleagues in the sales and marketingdepartment including any existing revenue targets set
Leadership experience
Ability to multi-task & manage multiple client contacts
